These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Roof-It Direct website, online tools, estimates, communications, and roofing services provided by Ironhouse Roofing Systems, LLC, doing business as Roof-It Direct (“Roof-It Direct,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this website, submitting information, requesting an estimate, signing electronically, submitting a payment or deposit, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.

Roof-It Direct provides roofing information, online estimates, and professional roofing services. All services are subject to final inspection, roof measurements, site conditions, material availability, manufacturer requirements, local building codes and permitting, and weather or access conditions. All pricing or scopes shown online are estimates only and non-binding until confirmed in a final written agreement.
Estimates may change due to inspections, measurement discrepancies, hidden conditions, code requirements, or material pricing and availability. Unforeseen conditions such as decking damage or ventilation issues may require additional work and cost.
Roof-It Direct may engage independent subcontractors to perform some or all portions of the roofing work. Subcontractors are not employees or agents of Roof-It Direct and are responsible for their own labor, supervision, tools, equipment, taxes, and employment practices. Roof-It Direct retains overall project coordination and quality oversight.
Roof-It Direct requires subcontractors to maintain commercially reasonable insurance coverage. To the extent permitted by law, the parties waive subrogation rights for damages covered by insurance. Roof-It Direct is not responsible for injuries or damages arising from subcontractor acts or omissions, except as required by law or stated in writing.
Customers are responsible for obtaining required HOA, condominium, or municipal approvals unless stated otherwise. Restricted access, working hours, safety rules, or municipal delays may affect schedules or pricing.
Roof-It Direct does not act as a public insurance adjuster and does not guarantee insurance approval, scope acceptance, payment, or claim outcomes. Insurance decisions are made solely by the insurer.
Payment terms are governed by the final agreement. Financing may be offered through third-party lenders such as PowerPay. Roof-It Direct is not a lender or broker and does not control financing decisions. Customer obligations are independent of financing approval.
The website may use third-party services for payments, communications, analytics, or forms. Roof-It Direct does not control these services and is not responsible for system failures, data handling, authorization delays, or chargebacks.
By providing contact information, you consent to receive transactional communications, including SMS. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Roof-It Direct is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Roof-It Direct from claims arising from inaccurate information you provide or misuse of the website.
Roof-It Direct is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including weather, labor issues, supply disruptions, or governmental actions.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Texas on an individual basis. Class actions are waived to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by Texas law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
